We are a Simple Community Church out in the Country. We are a “different” kind of Church! Less Rules means More Life. Come & experience the difference.

Hello, Thank you for visiting our church. We gratefully acknowledge all the Pastors and people who served this church over the years. More importantly, it was the Spirit of God that gathered so many faithful souls to His worship and to their own fellowship and encouragement that has kept the Gospel’s Light burning bright here in the Creston area. Today, that same Holy Spirit burns bright in the heart of our worship and fellowship here at Creston Community Church. We are a simple church without many of the bells and whistles that so many bigger churches may offer and we intend to keep it that way. Our goal is to faithfully preach the Gospel and to love people just as they are. We also support Missionaries who go into the world to take the Good News of Jesus Christ to others. Pastor Scott Bond said something like this, “Creston Church is where people fit in where they don’t fit in anywhere else.” The same is true today. We don’t care about your past; we just want to walk with you now. God loves all of us. The most important thing is that we are all struggling together to walk this path of life and with Jesus Christ as our Guide, we can walk it together as friends. Vacation Bible Camp is just a few days away. If you forgot to sign up, please call Pastor JD or email at [email protected] to let us know you are coming by Wednesday at 6:00 pm. Registration starts at 2:00pm with our first event starting at 3:00 pm. Just a reminder, this is a family, overnight event. You may bring your RV, tent, sleep under the stars or in the Sunday School room. BBQ dinner included and Youth Group Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser available on Sunday morning. Bring your camping gear, bathing suit and towel. See you there! Vacation Bible Camp July 8 and 9. Please have all donations to the church by Thursday. We are having worship practice from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and items can be dropped off at that time as well. Youth Group Pancake Breakfast Fundraiser. Sign up below if you are able to attend on Sunday morning July 9. We will be serving pancakes between 8:00am and 8:45 am. Com out to support our youth! Any donations for the Youth Group Pancake Breakfast need to be to the church by Thursday. The church will be open from 6:00pm-7:00pm on Thursday to accept donations.

Sadly, our friend Mike Allen has gone to be with the Lord. What a blessing Mike (and all her family) has been to all of us and now we know she is at peace in God’s presence. A Meal Train web page for sending food over to the family has been created. You can go to https://mealtrain.com/74dlq9 if you want to help in this way. The Memorial Service will be Friday, October 23rd at 5pm at the Mid-State Fairgrounds.
